It had been nearly 10 weeks since I had picked up my camera to photograph a couple- well anyone to be honest! While the downtime during the coronavirus pandemic was nice and I was able to use the time to complete so many projects that were on my to-do list, I was SO happy to be able to photograph again and spend time with my sweet couples. And ya’ll, I could not have asked for a better couple to start back up with than Lauren + Chris! They are both students at the University of Florida, so we thought campus would be the perfect location for their engagement session!

I met Lauren + Chris back in Fall of last year, and I truly felt like I had know them my whole life the minute we sat down together at Starbucks. So fun, and down to earth, and the love that they share for each other is so sweet. I was so excited when they asked me to be their photographer for their big day! We had the best time adventuring around campus and the weather was gorgeous. I am a University of Florida alumni, so it felt so heartwarming being back on campus with them for their engagement session! I will admit, I was a little nervous that I was going to be rusty since it has been so long since my last time picking up my camera, but they knocked their session out of the park!
