They met at the most unexpected time in the most unexpected place. Amara was just going about her normal 4:30AM workout routine at the gym, and she caught Andrew’s eye. After trying to get her attention for a few weeks, Andrew approached her. A few weeks later, they had their first official date! Job promotions, graduate school, and long distance didn’t keep this sweet couple away from each other! After two and a half years of dating, Andrew popped the question to Amara, surrounded by parents, grandparents, and fur babies!
I know I say this a lot, but I seriously have the best couples! Amara and I went to college together at UF and had several classes together since we had the same major. I had the opportunity to photograph her family photos a few years ago, and I was so excited when she asked me to photograph her wedding and engagement! She and Andrew are so perfect for each other, and I can tell how happy he makes her!
For their engagement session, we decided to do two locations! The first location was at Dickson Azalea Park, and then after that, we drove over to Disney to do the second half of their session at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort! Let me tell you, they were both gorgeous! I’m so excited to share their engagement session with you today! Here are just some of my favorites!
Amara’s ring was gorgeous! It was my first time seeing an emerald cut diamond in person, and I was amazed!
Amara + Andrew, thank you for choosing me to capture this exciting time in your life! I can’t wait for your big day next month!
