Wow, have things picked up quite a bit lately! I am so so happy to be able to spend time with my couples again! Tara + Caleb had their hearts set on doing their engagement session at Washington Oaks State Park, and I am so happy they did!
About the week before we were about to do their session, I found out they park had closed. While it was just temporary and due to staffing issues from COVID-19, we had to decide if we wanted to change the location, or postpone the session. Tara + Caleb decided we would wait for the park to open. As soon as it did, about 3 weeks later, we planned everything again!
Tara + Caleb met through her older brother, and the rest is history. These two are absolutely adorable together and they are tying the knot next spring! When I first met them, I feel like I had known them my entire life. They are so sweet, so fun, and so caring! I am truly blessed to have some of the kindest couples! The day of their session, it started pouring down rain. We waited out in the car for a bit, and it cleared up! Sure enough, it started raining again in the middle of the session, but they were up for continuing anyways (that clear umbrella I keep in my car came in handy!) and it was absolutely perfect! It was 100% worth driving back to Orlando in a wet dress!
I’m so excited to share just a few of my favorites from Tara + Caleb’s Washington Oaks Engagement Session with you on the blog today!
Tara + Caleb, I had the best time with you and I cannot wait for your big day next Spring! P.S.- Thank you for the adorable fall candle and decorations! I may have already burned through the entire candle!
