The Florida Keys, beautiful weather, the sweetest couple and their closest friends and family members. What could be better? Lindsay + Tony said “I Do” in a gorgeous, intimate ceremony at The Postcard Inn Resort and Marina in Islamorada, Florida in July, and it honestly was one of the most special weddings I have ever photographed! Talk about a gorgeous Florida Keys Destination Wedding!
When Lindsay first reached out to me, I knew their wedding was going to be so special. Despite having to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic, Lindsay remained calm, collective, and optimistic about their big day. Thankfully, the Florida Keys did not have many cases of the coronavirus, and they were able to move forward with their dream wedding! Their wedding was the perfect combination of tropical, elegant and timeless. It was absolutely breathtaking! From the palm fronds to the touches of blush and gold, it was so romantic.
Lindsay + Tony are truthfully one of the kindest couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They felt like family! Their day was filled with so many emotional moments, I found myself tearing up behind the camera several times. Tony’s two young daughters were gaining the best bonus mom with Lindsay, and it was the sweetest watching them and how happy they were for their dad. During the reception, he danced with them to Tim McGraw’s “My Little Girl,” and there was not a dry eye to be found anywhere!
I decided to make a little weekend getaway for their wedding, and I took my mom down there with me. If you all are looking for an amazing place to vacation, you need to look at The Postcard Inn. It was beautiful and everyone their was so kind! You’ll see what I mean when you continue scrolling!
I am so excited to share some of my favorites from Lindsay + Tony’s Florida Keys Destination Wedding with you on the blog today! Lindsay + Tony, it was such an honor to be able to capture your special day, and I wish you all a lifetime of love, happiness, and sunny skies!
