Almost a year after meeting virtually, I was finally able to hug Brittany + Jay in person last week! This sweet couple flew in from Dallas for their engagement session with me, and the morning of our session, the radar showed thunderstorms and a 70% chance of rain. Typical Florida! We decided to go for it anyways and just meet earlier, and it was such a good call because it turned out perfect! Their Vinoy Park engagement session gave me all of the spring/summer vibes and I am here for it!
When Brittany first inquired with me, I felt like I had known her for years. She was so sweet, down to earth, and full of joy. One of the things that stood out the most was she wrote to me “We want a simple, elegant wedding that celebrates not only the two of us getting married, but also our families joining together.” That melted my heart! Brittany + Jay met at his brother’s wedding, and began dating almost immediately after. They managed a long distance relationship while Brittany was in Florida finishing grad school and Jay was out in Texas but are now enjoying being in the same city again!
